Had pleasant experience for one night.
Staff was helpful and courteous, assisted with everything. Found a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. We could enjoy views of the Rhodopi mountain.

Wanted to see Plovdiv popular places and this apartment was nice place for exploring most of them. The location was handy, the staff courteous, except from the First Lady receptionist on our arrival.

The property had a great view and huge and luxury rooms. The staff was helpful and accommodating, I loved that. Nice bedroom along with a handy kitchenette. Ideal and handy location next to the bus station, close to Park Tsar Simeon.

The hotel is old. There are no decent shops or restaurants nearby.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, and the room itself was beyond my expectations - clean, spacious, and with a dreamy view from the balconies. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and all the nightlife, yet still peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay.
The breakfast could have been improved with a wider selection of choices.
